Refund policy

1. Refund

Customized Products:

Within 24 hours of your payment, if you do not want it, please contact us for a refund. 24 hours after the order has been arranged for production, no refund will be accepted. A successful refund will be returned to your payment method within 3 days.

Non-Customized Products:

We support 7-day returns without a stated reason. Please promptly return the relevant products to us, and we will process your refund within 3 days.

2. Return the goods

Neon Signs and Other Sign:

Since each sign is customized according to the customer's options, we do not accept returns.

But within one year of the warranty period, if the sign (including accessories) fails, we will replace it for free. Shipping costs are borne by us.Damaged parts don't have to be sent back to us.

Other Customized Gifts:
If the received items exhibit quality issues, we will accept a refund or—at no additional cost—remake and reship the order. The customer may dispose of the defective products at their own discretion.


3. If the Goods arrive to the Buyer in a damaged state, the Buyer is required to notify the delivery agent and the Seller within 48 hours in writing inclusive of photography or a video evidence of the damage to the Goods and associated packaging to verify. Failure to comply with this request and timeframe will void the Seller obligations.
4. Due to the hand rendered nature of the Goods, they can be subject to variations and slight discolourations. Some variations in colour can also occur as a result of the computer screen and printer calibration. The Buyer acknowledges that these variations and discolourations are not a fault of the Products and accepts the potential of such occurrence.
